The nickname of this Danish football club is Den Gule Fare (Yellow Peril). Their main club colour is therefore yellow, which is the colour of the home jersey. Outdoors, they play in white. Their home stadium is the CACA Arena Horsens, which offers 10,400 seats, of which 7,500 are seated. The club was founded in 1994 as a result of the merger of Horsens fS (1915), Stensballe IK and FC Horsens. The whole originates, of course, from the town of Horsens, which can be found in the east of the Jutland peninsula.
The club currently operates within the top domestic competition, which is the Superliagen. They made it to the top competition in the 2015/16 season and finished 10th in the 2018/19 season in the top league table. In fact, since the late 1990s, the club has alternated between the top and second highest competitions. In the 2011/12 season it was in the final of the Danish Cup. As far as European soil is concerned, it also made an appearance in the 2012/13 UEFA Europa League.
