Norwich City FC, a football team from Norfolk, England, has been playing the most popular ball sport since 1902. The club's colours are yellow and green, which has helped give it the apt nickname Canaries

There is also an interesting record attached to the team. Namely, its fan anthem "On the Ball, City" is the oldest football song in the world, having been written in 1890 and still sung today.

Norwich have spent most of their history in one of the lower English competitions. In the Premier League, the team was in the second half of the table, which led to relegation in unsuccessful seasons and dropping down a notch. In the lower competitions the results were usually better, which also led to winning various titles and again getting promoted.
