Dejan Kulusevski Nears Return as Tottenham Seek Offensive Revival

15.11.2025

Tottenham Hotspur are struggling in attack at the start of the season. Coach Thomas Frank is still searching for the ideal attacking trio, and creative responsibility currently rests mainly on Xavi Simons. However, he needs rest to avoid overloading and adding to the already long list of injured players.

One of those who could help is Swedish midfielder Dejan Kulusevski. He has been sidelined for several months due to a knee injury, but his return is getting closer. After the coach recently stated that Kulusevski was not yet training on the pitch, the situation has changed and the player is now taking part in field sessions.

Photos and videos from the training camp in Dubai, shared by teammate Destiny Udogie, show that Kulusevski is increasing the intensity of his preparation under the supervision of the staff. This progress is very positive news for Tottenham, as the team has been struggling with numerous injuries in recent months.

Although it will likely take some time before he returns to match fitness, the fact that the Swedish international is training with the ball again gives fans hope. If his rehabilitation continues as planned, he could appear in a Spurs shirt before the end of the year and help the team improve their attacking productivity.

Tottenham supporters believe that Kulusevski will return in time to contribute to the fight for top positions and bring back the creativity and energy the team has been missing in recent weeks.
