The nicknames of this Spanish club are Rojiblancos, La Unión, Almeriensistas or Indálicos. Sometimes it is also simply abbreviated UDA. The club's colours are red and white, which appear on the home jerseys in the form of a red and white stripe in a vertical direction. The shorts are all red with white detailing. Outdoors, the club plays in a combination of blue and light blue with yellow stripe details on the sides, with an alternative being a green jersey with blue stripes on the sides. At home they play at the Juegos Mediterráneos stadium, which offers a capacity of 15,000 spectators. The club was founded in 1989, and is based in Almeria, Andalusia.

Sporting de Gijón

Spanish team Sporting de Gijón was founded in 1905. One interesting fact is that their stadium, Estadio El Molinón, is the oldest ever in Spain where professional football is played. Opened in 1908, it can offer a sporting spectacle to more than 29,000 spectators. Although they have played in the first league, they have not been able to win many trophies. Their greatest achievements are a second place finish in the top flight from the 1978/1979 season and a double final appearance in the prestigious Copa del Rey in 1981 and 1982.
