The Italian name is FC Internazionale Milano and their nicknames are I Nerazzurri (the Black and Blue), La Beneamata and Il Biscione. The club colours are therefore logically black and blue. Their home stadium is the San Siro with a capacity of 80,018 seats. It is thus one of the largest stadiums in Europe and the largest stadium in Italy. The club's rivals are AC Milan, with whom they play Derby della Madonnina. Another rivalry is with Juventus, with whom they play Derby d'Italia.

They play their home games at the Stadio Silvio Piola, named after one of the team's legends, which can hold over 17,000 fans. They have experience in the first league, having played Serie A for the last time so far in the 2011/2012 season.
