Dijon FCO

The French football club Dijon FCO has only existed since 1998, when it was formed by the merger of two local teams Cercle Sportif Laïque Dijonnais and Dijon FC. Among the elite of the Ligue 1 for the first time managed for the 2011/2012 edition, but not for long. The team possessed the worst defence in the competition and so relegation to Ligue 2 followed. 63 goals conceded in 38 matches was the reason.

They are nicknamed Les Monégasques or Les Rouges et Blancs (the red and white). It's not hard to guess that the club colours are red and white, which is represented both on the home jersey and in the emblem. They play at the Stade Louis II, which has a capacity of 18,523 seats. Since 2011, the owner is Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, who lives in Monaco.
