Asteras Tripolis

The Greek football club from the Peloponnese, Asteras Tripolis (literally "Star of Tripoli") was founded in 1931 and its club colours are blue and yellow. The capacity of the stadium named after the Greek national hero Theodoros Kolokotronis is 7,442 spectators. The club has also played the Europa League several times in the past, including the group stage in the autumn of 2014 and 2015 - in the latter case, it met Sparta Prague and also faced Tottenham and Schalke 04, for example.

More about Asteras Tripolis

AE Larisa

The nicknames of this club include Βασίλισσα του Κάμπου (Queen of the Plains) or Οι Βυσσινί (the Purple Ones). And indeed, the dominant colour of the club is purple. It is found in combination with white on the jerseys, with the home jerseys being predominantly white and the away jerseys being predominantly purple. Alternatively, they use dark blue as a third colour. They are at home at the AEL FC Arena, which has a capacity of 16,118 seats. The Greek Athletic Union Football Club of Larisa was therefore founded, of course, in the Greek town of Larisa, in 1964, the year to which the club also refers in its name.
