FC Ingolstadt 04, commonly referred to as "The Schanzer," is a professional football club based in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. Founded on February 5, 2004, through the merger of ESV Ingolstadt and MTV Ingolstadt, the club has quickly established itself in German football. 1. FC Heidenheim

The German football club uses red and dark blue as its club colours. These colours appear both in the club crest and on the jerseys. The home jerseys are predominantly red, with white vertical stripes on the jersey. The away jerseys are then all dark blue. At home they are at the Voith-Arena stadium, which will offer a capacity of 15,000 seats. The club was founded back in 1846 in the town of the same name, Heidenheim.
