The jerseys for home games feature a combination of green along with white, in the form of a horizontal stripe. Their home stadium is Huish Park, which has a capacity for 9,565 spectators. The English club was founded in 1895 in the town of Yeovil in the metropolitan county of Somerset. At that time they were still called Yeovil Casuals FC, and in 1907 they merged with Petters United FC to form Yeovil & Petters United FC. The name was not changed to its present form until 1946.
