AEK Larnaka

AEK Larnaka is a professional football team based in Larnaca, Cyprus. Founded in 1994 through a merger between two local teams, EPA Larnaca and Pezoporikos Larnaca, the club has established itself as one of the top sides in Cypriot football. They play their home games at the AEK Arena – Georgios Karapatakis, which has a capacity of around 7,400 seats.

AEK Larnaka's colors are green and yellow, and they are known to their fans as "Kitrinoprassini" (Green-Yellows). The team has enjoyed domestic success, having won the Cypriot Cup more than once and securing a number of Cypriot Super Cup victories as well. However, the team has yet to win the Cypriot First Division title, frequently finishing in the top positions but just short of claiming the championship.

The club also participates in European competitions, representing Cyprus in both the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League qualifiers on multiple occasions. AEK Larnaka is renowned for its youth academy, which has produced several players who have gone on to play domestically and internationally.
