Anorthosis Famagusta

Anorthosis Famagusta is a professional football team based in Famagusta, Cyprus. The club was founded in 1911 and has become one of the most successful teams in Cypriot football history. Anorthosis holds an impressive record of domestic achievements, including multiple Cyprus First Division titles and Cypriot Cup victories.

The team's colors are blue and white, and they play their home matches at the Antonis Papadopoulos Stadium, located in Larnaca, due to the Turkish invasion in 1974 which displaced them from their original home in Famagusta.

They became the first Cypriot team to qualify for the group stage of a European competition during the 2008-2009 UEFA Champions League campaign.

With a passionate fan base and a commitment to football development, Anorthosis Famagusta continues to nurture local talent and compete at the highest levels of Cypriot football, striving for excellence both domestically and in European arenas.
