CD Santa Clara

CD Santa Clara is a professional football club based in Ponta Delgada on the Azores islands, Portugal. It was founded on May 12, 1921, making it one of the older football clubs in Portugal. The team's colors are predominantly red and white, and they are known as "Os Açoreanos" (The Azoreans) due to their geographic location.
