Gimnàstic de Tarragona, commonly referred to as Nàstic, is a Spanish football team based in Tarragona, in the autonomous community of Catalonia. Founded on March 1, 1886, it is one of the oldest football clubs in Spain. The team traditionally plays in a maroon and white striped kit.
Nàstic has spent most of its history fluctuating between the second and third tiers of Spanish football, having made intermittent appearances in La Liga, the country's premier division. Their home games are played at Estadi Nou Municipal de Tarragona, which has a capacity to seat over 14,000 spectators.
