Hitchin Town FC, an English football team from Hertfordshire, was founded in 1928 as the successor to the local team Hitchin FC, which had previously folded. The club colours are yellow and green for home jerseys and only green for away matches. Approximately 4.5 thousand fans can watch home games on site.
They play in the lower regional competitions where they have managed to win a few trophies. Among the greatest achievements of Hitchin Town FC we can count the promotion to the second round of the FA Cup. They have done this four times in the 1973/1974, 1976/1977, 1994/1995 and 1995/1996 seasons.
