This Turkish football club is nicknamed Anadolu Yıldızı (Star of Anatolia) and their club colours are red and yellow. This can also be seen on the jerseys, where we can find red and yellow vertical stripes in these colours. The away jersey is orange, the shorts are mostly black. Home games are played at Kadir Has Stadium, which has a capacity of 32,864 spectators. The club operates in the city of Kayseri, having been founded there in 1966.
They were the winners of the Turkish Cup in the 2007/08 season. They have not had much success in the Turkish Süper Lig, the top domestic competition. However, their star shone in 2006 on European soil when they won the Intertoto Cup.
