The Molde FK football team has been around for more than a century, having been founded in 1911. Their home matches are played at Aker Stadium, which has a capacity of over 11,000 fans. They can be satisfied with the team's performance in recent years, as the team has started the most successful period in its history in the second decade of the 21st century.
Molde FK won their first league title in 2011, celebrating their 100th year of existence. They managed to defend the next year and then celebrated again in 2014 and 2019. They managed to dominate the Norwegian Cup in 1994, 2005, 2013 and 2014. And besides that, they have some other minor achievements. Furthermore, they have also tried the Europa League and the Champions League in their history.
