Moreirense FC

Moreirense FC is a Portuguese professional football club based in Moreira de Cónegos, a parish in the municipality of Guimarães in northern Portugal. The club was founded on November 1, 1938, and traditionally plays their home matches at the Parque de Jogos Comendador Joaquim de Almeida Freitas, a stadium with a capacity of around 6,000 spectators.

Moreirense has spent various seasons in the top flight of Portuguese football, competing in the Primeira Liga.
