Östersunds FK

Östersunds FK, commonly referred to as Östersund or OFK, is a Swedish professional football club based in the city of Östersund, the seat of Östersund Municipality in Jämtland County. The club was founded on October 31, 1996, following a merger of several local clubs. Since its inception, Östersunds FK has played its home games at the Jämtkraft Arena, which has a capacity of around 8,466 spectators.

Known for its progressive approach to football and club management, Östersunds FK gained international recognition under the guidance of English manager Graham Potter, who led the team from the lower leagues to the top-tier Allsvenskan in a relatively short period. The club's most notable achievement came in 2017 when they won the Svenska Cupen (Swedish Cup), earning them a place in the 2017-18 UEFA Europa League. During that European campaign, they performed remarkably well, reaching the knockout stages before being eliminated by Arsenal FC.

The team's colors are traditionally red and black, and they have become known for an attractive style of play and a strong emphasis on developing young talent through their academy.
