PSV Eindhoven

The club's nicknames are Boeren, Lampen or Rood-witten. The last nickname, the red and white, refers to the club colours, which are red and white. These colours are also found on the home jerseys. Philips Stadium is where the club plays its home games, with the stadium offering a capacity of 35,000 seats. The club was founded in 1913 in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

The club's home ground is the Eredivisie, which is the top Dutch football league competition. After the 2019/20 season, the club is ranked 4th in it, but has already enjoyed much success here in the past. In fact, the successful Dutch club has been champions a total of 24 times, with the first time being in the 1928/29 season and the most recent victories coming in the 2014/15, 2015/16 and 2017/18 seasons. The club has also triumphed in the Dutch Cup a total of 9 times, most recently in the 2011/12 season, as well as the Dutch Super Cup, where they have celebrated success 11 times, most recently in 2016. On European soil, the club won the European Champions Cup in 1987/88 and the UEFA Cup in 1977/78.
