The Spanish football team Real Zaragoza has existed since 1932. Today, their home games are held at La Romareda Stadium, which has a capacity of over 33,000 fans. Zaragoza has played most of its existence in the first league and historically boasts a number of successes at both Spanish and European level.
Given that the first league is dominated mainly by Madrid clubs and Barcelona, it is perhaps unsurprising that Real Zaragoza are title-less from this level and have only been second once in the 1974/1975 season. Alongside this, they have been champions of the second league once, dominated the Copa del Rey six times and the Supercopa de España once. At international level, they won the Cup Winners' Cup in the 1994/1995 season.
