TNS

The New Saints Football Club (TNS) is a professional football team based in Oswestry, Shropshire, England. Originally founded as Llansantffraid F.C. in 1959, the club later merged with Oswestry Town, and in 2003, after securing a sponsorship deal, they became known as Total Network Solutions F.C. Eventually adopting the name The New Saints, this reflects the original names of the two merging clubs (Llansantffraid and Oswestry Town's nickname, "The Saints").

TNS competes in the Cymru Premier, the highest tier of Welsh football, despite being based in England. The club's home fixtures are played at Park Hall Stadium, which has a capacity of over 2,000 spectators and features a synthetic pitch that meets FIFA standards.

Throughout its history, TNS has been one of the most successful teams in Welsh football, consistently competing at the top of the league and participating in European competitions. They have won numerous league titles and domestic cups, including the Welsh Cup and the Welsh League Cup. Their dominance in Welsh football is marked by several instances of securing the treble, winning the league, the Welsh Cup, and the Welsh League Cup in the same season.

The team is known for its strong youth academy and commitment to developing local talent alongside recruiting experienced players. The New Saints' colors are traditionally green and white, and they are supported by a dedicated fan base passionate about their local club's success on both domestic and European stages.
