Valletta FC is a football team from the Maltese capital, where it was founded in 1943. It was formed by the merger of Valletta Prestons, Valletta St. Paul's and Valletta United. They play their home games at the national stadium Ta'Qali Stadium with a capacity of over 17,000 fans.
Valletta FC is one of the top teams in Malta, both in terms of success and fan support. They have 25 championship titles in the premier league so far, have dominated the main Maltese cup 14 times, alongside a host of other minor trophies.
