The Fearless, as the club's name is in Greek, were founded in 1923 and play their home games at the Peristeri Stadium in Athens (capacity 10,050). The team, which has been led by coaches such as Vladimir Petrovic and Ricardo Sá Pinto, has won the Greek second league three times (1972, 1980 and 2009) and has reached the final of the National Cup twice, in 2011 and 2012. Veria FC

This Greek football team is nicknamed Vasílissa tou Vorrá (Queen of the North) or Rossoblu (Blue-Red). Thus, their club colours are of course blue and red, playing at home in grey jerseys with sleeve detailing in the club colours and away in a predominantly dark blue with gold highlights. Their home stadium is the Veria Stadium, which offers a capacity of 7,000 seats. The football club was founded in 1960, in the town of Veria in northern Greece.
