Olympique Lyonnais

The full official name of this successful French club is Olympique Lyonnais, but the abbreviated name is commonly used. They are nicknamed Les Gones (the children). The club colours are red, blue and white. They play at home at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais stadium, which is called Groupama Stadium for sponsorship reasons. In some matches, one can also see the designations Stade de Lyon or Grand Stade de Lyon. It is a modern stadium opened in 2016 and has a capacity of 59,186 people.

Dijon FCO

The French football club Dijon FCO has only existed since 1998, when it was formed by the merger of two local teams Cercle Sportif Laïque Dijonnais and Dijon FC. Among the elite of the Ligue 1 for the first time managed for the 2011/2012 edition, but not for long. The team possessed the worst defence in the competition and so relegation to Ligue 2 followed. 63 goals conceded in 38 matches was the reason.
