Morocco

Moroccan national football team is nicknamed the Lions of the Atlas, the warriors of the Atlas Mountains that run through Morocco. Morocco's national team represents the country in international football events, which include the World Cup and also the African Cup of Nations. It is at the African Cup of Nations that they have some of the achievements that we can mention here, namely the first place in 1976, the second place in 2004 and finally the bronze in 1980. The first time the national team of Morocco appeared in this tournament was in 1972.
