The American soccer team Portland Timbers was formed in 2009 and has been playing in Major League Soccer since 2011, when they were promoted to the league. Providence Park Stadium, which has a capacity of over 25,000 spectators, serves as their home for home games. Their color is dark green, and their away jerseys are white.

Chicago Fire

The American team Chicago Fire was founded in 1997. For home games they use Soldier Field, which has a capacity of over 61,000. The home jerseys are blue, while the away games are pure white. Interestingly, their most successful season was their very first in Major League Soccer, when they won the MLS Cup and also managed to win the U.S. Open Cup, which they won in 2000, 2003 and 2006 in addition to 1998. They won the regular season and the Supporters' Shield once in 2003.
