The American team FC Dallas has existed since 1995, when it was founded, but then under the name Dallas Burn. The change to the current name came a decade later. Their home stadium, Toyota Stadium, with a capacity of over 20,000 fans, can be found in Frisco, a suburb of Dallas. They play away games in white jerseys, it's for home games that their colors are red and blue.
More about FC DallasSan Jose Earthquakes, a California soccer team, was founded in 1994, but at the time it was still called the San Jose Clash. The renaming took place in 1999, and it was such a return of the Earthquakes to the city, as a club of that name had already played soccer in San Jose in the 1970s and 1980s.
