The Bavarian football team 1. FC Nurnberg was founded in 1900 and is now a club with a rich and successful history, having already managed to become champions of the first league nine times. The last time was in the 1967/1968 season. In recent years the situation has been that they alternate between participation in the Bundesliga and the 2. Bundesliga. At European level, they have not yet won any major cup. The Max-Morlock-Stadion, which has a capacity of 50,000 spectators, serves as the home ground for 1. The club colours are white and red.
More about 1. FC NürnbergThis German team has red and white as its club colours. This traditional and popular colour combination is represented both in the emblem and on the home jerseys. The jerseys have red shorts and the jersey itself is white with subtle vertical red striping and other small red details. The sanctuary of this club is the Continental Arena, which holds 15,224 spectators. The club was founded in 1907 in the Bavarian town of Regensburg. Interestingly, it takes its name from the Prussian teacher Friedrich Ludwig Jahn, who was also nicknamed Turnvater Jahn, the father of gymnastics. This also suggests the original focus of the club at the time of its founding.
