Elche CF, or Elche Club de Fútbol, is a professional football team based in Elche, a city in the Valencian Community of Spain. Founded on September 28, 1923, the club currently competes in La Liga, the top tier of Spanish football, after achieving promotion from the Segunda División at the end of the 2019–20 season.

Ten years after its creation, they made their first appearance in the first league, becoming the third Andalusian team to do so. However, they have not yet achieved any significant success. Among the Spanish elite, their best two finishes in history are sixth place, and overall they are in the top ten in the historical tables among all teams that have ever reached the first league.
