The club plays at the Estadi Montilivi, which has a capacity of 14 450 seats. Due to their first participation in La Liga, the stadium was expanded to this capacity in 2017. The full name of this club, Reial Club Deportiu Espanyol de Barcelona, translates to Royal Spanish Sports Club Barcelona. The nicknames are Periquitos, Blanquiazules (white and blue) and Mágico (magical).
