The main football club from the English city of Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire has been in existence since 1863. This makes it one of the oldest still active football teams in the world. It plays its home games at the Britannia Stadium, which for sponsorship reasons is now called the bet365 Stadium. More than 30,000 fans can enjoy the team's performances here.
More about Stoke City FCBarnsley FC is a football team that was founded in 1887, but then still under the name Barnsley St. Peter's FC. Initially the club colour was blue, but fairly soon after in 1904 it was changed to red and white, which has lasted to the present day. They even reached the prestigious Premier League in the 1997/1998 season, but were immediately relegated and never returned to the English elite.
