The Italian football club US Cremonese has existed since 1903. In its long history it has run into major financial problems, but it has never declared bankruptcy, as many other teams from the Apennine Peninsula have done. For home games they use Stadio Giovanni Zini with a capacity of over 20,000 spectators.
More about US CremoneseThe nicknames of this Italian football club include Aquilotti (eagles), Aquile (eagles) and also Bianconeri (black and white). The club colours are thus naturally black and white, with the home jersey being white with subtle black vertical stripes and black shorts. The away jersey has the colours reversed. They are at home at the Stadio Alberto Picco with a capacity of 10,336 spectators. The club was founded in 1906 by a Swiss businessman, in the town of La Spezia in Liguria, Italy.
