FC Vaduz, hailing from the principality of Liechtenstein, is a unique football club that competes in the Swiss football league system, despite being based in a different country. The team was founded in 1932, and because Liechtenstein does not have its own league, FC Vaduz has spent most of its history playing in the Swiss leagues.
