AS Cittadella
The full name of the Associazione Sportiva Cittadella is an Italian football team formed in 1973 by the merger of US Cittadellense and AS Olympia. These teams had financial problems and merging them was the solution. They have not yet broken into the first league, as their maximum participation is in Serie B and therefore the second league.

The Italian team AC Perugia Calcio has been in existence since 1905, but after 100 years of existence it ran into financial problems and had to be re-founded. And something similar happened in 2010. Their colours are red and white. In the case of the home jerseys, it's a red shirt and white shorts, the opposite is true for the away jerseys.
