The Danish football club from Farum is abbreviated as FCN, and their nickname is Tigrene (wild tigers). The club colours of the Tigers are blue and red, and have been since 1991 when the club was founded, back then as Farum BK. These were the colours of the original clubs that merged to form the team. Two clubs from the city of Farum merged at that time, namely Farum Idræts Klub (1910) and Stavnsholt Boldklub (1974), in order to strengthen the competitiveness.
